No one should have to struggle alone.

Therapy

50% of us will experience a mental health condition in our lifetime. Therapy is a safe space where you can share and process everything you’re feeling with someone who understands. Our sessions will allow you to laugh, cry, and share without feeling guilty or like you’re burdening those that you love.

Family

I strongly believe in the healing power of relationships. We will work together to help you find your way back to each other.

Family therapy will provide you with a space to work through conflict, learn new conflict resolution skills, and come together as a family.

Adults and Teens

67% of young adults tell a friend they are struggling before telling anyone else. Most young adults with anxiety or depression do not seek help. Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death among young adults.

All teenagers experience anxiety, doubt, sadness, and other challenges. Yes, even those people on social media who look like they’ve got it all together – they struggle, too! It’s totally okay to need help. Asking for help from a therapist is not admitting defeat. This is the moment you take charge of your life and your future.

Children

Maybe your child is acting out, and you aren’t sure what to do. You feel stuck and you are looking for help. I will work with you and your child.

We will work on understanding why your child is behaving in this way. I will help you manage your own stress and concerns. I will teach you and your child how to manage difficult emotions and how to reinforce your child’s positive behavior and manage disruptive outbursts

48% of LGBTQ youth reported engaging in self-harm in the past twelve months, including over 60% of transgender and nonbinary youth
