Welcome!

If you or your family member struggles with anxiety, depression, family conflict, chronic illness, or grief, please don't hesitate to reach out for help.

I specialize in supporting kids with emotion identification, self-regulation, and anxiety management. I am a therapist committed to serving queer and trans youth and all young people with respect, compassion, and attentiveness.

I use books, games, play, and art when engaging children in therapy. I understand my role in providing kids with a safe space to explore who they are and process the world and environments around them.

In therapy, your child can learn tools to identify their own feelings more easily. They will gain self-regulating coping skills to use independently and with the support of adults. It is important to me to keep parents and caregivers in the loop about new strategies and coping tools learned and practiced in therapy, so that you can support your child in developing those skills outside the therapy office.

I am passionate about providing affirming care to queer, transgender, and gender-creative children and supporting parents and caregivers on their journeys to understanding and uplifting their queer and trans kids.
